I've got a blank call followed by a missed call from +1-309-361-3731. Can anyone highlight what's the matter? Who is this [***] [***] calling from abroad? What should I do if I get this type of fictitious call in future?

I received a call from this number. It is somesort of cruise thing...says you win two free tickets if you take the 10 question survey. I took the 10 question survey and then it sent me to an operator. I asked what this was for and she said I won two free cruise tickets. I then decided to hang up and not give my information. If its too go to be true it probably is!
this number keeps calling my cell #....no idea who they are.....they do not leave message....when call back busy signal. whoever they are, they call every few days.
