Who called from 3604606284

Called cell phone, did not leave message.

Calls my cell numerous times daily, for at least the last month. I don't answer unknown calls. This caller never leaves a message. If they left a message, maybe their call would be returned.

Called Cell phone, no message. Phone ID showed WA, USA.

I keep getting calls from this # and several others from Washington USA on my work cell.  They never leave a message.

I just got a call from this number on my cell I answered it was a recording saying I just won two cruise ship boarding passes. I hung up.
