I got a couple of calls from this number today as well.
I have been trying forever to call them back and thought it was weird it went to busy after one ring.

Pretty clear it's a scam! Thank you to whoever posted this chain; now I know to stop trying!

I got a call about 30 minutes ago. CityID on my phone says it's from Port Angeles, WA. I didn't answer and no voicemail was left.

I just received a call from this # 360-460-6392 - didn't leave a message and when I called back it was a fast busy.

I called them back and then i got on the busy line
