Who called from 3604607785

Got a missed call and then I tried calling back, nothing heard except continuing beeping and then i just hung up the phone.

Got a call from the above number but did not answer and they left no message.  How do these people get cell ph numbers?  Very annoying

Missed the call, no voicemail left. I called back, heard the weird siren-alarm-ish sound and hung up. The weird thing is, I did recently go on a cruise like the one some people are saying they are being offered...strange.

Called cell after 5pm. Same siren sound when called back

I missed the call, no message left.
