got  a call on my mobile from this number as well; no message left

It was my work cell phone.  I'd hope they'd block any weird stuff on the bill.

Ah well. We'll see if I'm called into an office in a few weeks. :)

They called, I picked up, nothing, they hung up. Called back and I hear that weird ambulance-type beeping.

Pretty much the same scenario for me as mentioned previously. How annoying.

same here. got a call 20  minutes ago.... didn't answer ( i was on the phone on another line) when I called back I got the "ambulance siren"
