this number called my cell @ 10:30AM (EST) NYC . didn't answer because while it was ringing I checked this site.

Received call at 10am on 5/25/2012 -- no VM

I just got this cell number and I gave it to no one so I don't know why NCO is calling it. It needs to stop

I got the same call but its called NCO they are a collection agency.

go put your cell numbers on the DO NOT CALL list.  All cell numbers went public this month which means any company out there will be calling you.
