Looks like it is just spam robot callers.

Got a call a few minutes ago with this number, with a 6 at the end of it. I did not answer. My cell is registered with the National Do Not Call registry. If they call back, I will ask them where they got my number from, and that if they do not cease and desist attempts to contact me, I will report them for telephone harassment and upon successful number trace, will begin filing a lawsuit against their company.

Me too...what can I do.

I too received a call from this number with + 6.  I didn't answer, no message left, does some one know whose number is this.

got the call on my cell just now from the 11 digit # 360-460-92416
i answered and heard a recorded message about cruise vacation deals for a few seconds before i hung up...
