Third call this week. Unfortunately, according to AT&T rep's 'supervisor', my phone doesn't have capability to block numbers, but good news, they can! For a ridiculous fee of course.
Im guessing its some kind of automated dialer that calls numbers until someone answers, then connects them to someone selling something. I say that not only due to the number of people clearly being called, but also because in my case the"caller" disconnected after only one ring.
