They call me all the time. Just got one actually, I never answer

TRIED TO CALL BACK FROM MOBILE AND LAND , NOTHING BUT A BUSY SIGNAL. HAVE NO CLUE WHO THIS MIGHT BE

They call weekly. It is always the same message: a foghorn and a voice saying, "Hello, this is your captain speaking."

Contact FCC and report them ... if multiple complaints are given they will contact the harassing party and take the necessary actions.  I have dealt with the FCC before and they really do follow through.

Also, put your #s on the do not call list.  www.donotcall.gov.
