a ship horn then answered the 10 guestions. then someone came on the phone and said i won two tickets and didn't ask for any money. they said someone would be contacting me in the next day or so. i'll see what happens and keep eveyone posted on rather this is a scam! I'm sure it is. if so, then I'll  report them to the proper authorities.
