I got a call from this number.......They played a recorded message (with a boat horn in the background) saying that I won 2 free cruise tickets, all I had to do was answer 10 questions.....that's when I hung up.
They keep calling me with this sound of a ship horn and telling me i've won a free cruse. I block the number but they keep changing the calling number to fool the blocking. It is costing me expensive minutes on my cell phone plan. This is stealing money from me. some how they got my number from the phone company (Verizon) and are running up a bill. The only way to block them is to have the phone company block all calls from the 360 area code.
