Received 3 calls from this number wanted $9800 or I would be arrested in 45 minutes. He had a foreign accent. I asked for proof that I defrauded the I.R.S. asked him how this possible since we file jointly? Said they only interested in myself

Saw this number on my caller ID. Call is back person claimed to from IRS and said that my husband and I will be arrested in 45 minutes for fraud.
