Not sure who this is but always check here first.  The phone didn't ring, it just popped up as a missed call.  How do they do that?  No voicemail.  My phone has this area code, but I now live in the east coast, so it's nobody that knows me or they would know I moved.

Bait call.  They wait for you to call back and robo voice informs you that you have "won" a $100 gift card.  All they need is your name/ DOB/ address/SSN/ routing # to your bank account.  Hmmmmmm... sounds "legit".

Showed up on my mobile. No ring. No message. Blocked.
