this phone number comes back to Cbeyond Communications, LLC - Overall. Their office number is 678 424 2456. As soon as I mentioned who I was (a Federal Agent) they hung up.
First-don't answer the call if you don't know who it is. There's no law that says you have to answer the phone.
Second-if you're so inclined to answer the phone tell them you've put a call trace on them (police trace) and tell them to do not call this number ever again.

Third-say, "thank you for calling the FTC, do you have a complaint to file?"
Usual robo scammer calls for interest rate reduction on either credit card or mortgage. They will never stop calling unless forced or thrown in jail. Reporting them again to FCC. For what it is worth.
When you get the live person politely ask them to wait while you are getting your credit card number. The longer they wait before they catch on, the less time they'll have to bother the rest of us.
