Calls frequently and leaves no message. I know no one in Vancouver, Washington. Am also on Do Not Call Registry, which obviously means nothing because I receive unsolicited, no message calls all day long on both my landline and cell phone.

I do not know who this number belongs to, or what they want. We are on the do-not-call registry, but this doesn't stop this number butting into my phone on a regular basis. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize but they keep calling.
