Got 2 of these calls right back to back with this number and another at 360-474-3906, both said the same thing Lower Interest Rates. Bothw ent to answerign amchine dn nothign said, deleted both of the numbers> I don't answer unknown numbers to me and they don't like my message I have on there.If you can't leae a message, don't bother calling...even my friends get pissed at it....but they do leave a message..
I too have been victimized by this credit card scam. It amazes me that all the resources of the Federal Government can do nothing to protect us from this!
CID said Lower Interest...bet it was Rachel calling AGAIN. 2 calls within 5 min. First call was wireless caller, same crap as this call, never answered either one. I don't answer any call that I don't know who's on the other end. Since I stopped answering these scammers several months back the number of calls I get has dropped, sometimes the phone only rings twice before they give up.They get their numbers from the Do Not Call Resgistry, it's a joke.

No number on caller ID ? Easy, it can block by name, such as "LOWER INTEREST".
It will block those calls that are "allowed by law" :
charities, phone surveys, political calls ( it's an election year ),
and companies with which a consumer has done business.
Also, It will block over 65,000 numbers. Most phone companies allow only 10.
