Calls and asks if I have $3,000 in debt. When I asked what company I was speaking to, a woman name RACHEL hung up on me! Shame on you scammers! What you are doing is illegal Rachel!
I am getting so sick and tired of these people calling me CONSTANTLY!!! I don't own a credit card nor do I want to own one!!! We've asked them multiple times to take our number out of their auto dialer but they still don't... When are these people going to learn??????
A recorded "Rachel" from "Cardholder Services" keeps calling, saying that there is no problem on my credit card (which one?) at this time, then claiming to offer lower interest rates. They've been doing this several times a week for at least the last year!
Usually I just don't answer the phone, but then they call again later on. Twice, I managed to push "0" enough times to get a real person. Each time, the person promised to take our number off their list. Hasn't happened. The last one claimed they were hired by the banks to make these calls!
