pretty random, I've been recieving calls from this and a number of closely related numbers for weeks. Needless to say its very annoying.. If you call back it just says the survey is nto available. Most likely a rotodialer that confirms peoples numbers. I've sent complaints on this and several other similar numbers to the do not call registery, to no avail though. This seems to be a continuing issue, hopefully they'll get canned soon enough. Appearantly the loophole is that it's an "independent survey group" so it can operate outside the do not call registery.
Just received a call from this number and they did not leave a message...If a number rings on my phone and it does not have one of my contact names on it, I don't answer, otherwise they can leave a message.
