Go to donotcall.gov and file a complaint. These Pollsters are driving me and my wife nuts on every phone number we have. All numbers are actively registered on donotcall.gov If you never registered for this free service, do so. It has always worked until these Poll tools showed up!
I got the call today 6/18. I am in TX. This is the second time from this number. I already put the number on my phone's reject list. But I guess it did not work.
We have not signed up for anything at all so I doubt that the drawing you entered had anything to do with this. We are getting these calls on more than one line and some are in a business name and not our names at all. Also the DNC list is only for sales and not surveys. This is from the DNC website FAQ:
The National Do Not Call Registry applies to any plan, program, or campaign to sell goods or services through interstate phone calls. This includes telemarketers who solicit consumers, often on behalf of third party sellers. It also includes sellers who provide, offer to provide, or arrange to provide goods or services to consumers in exchange for payment.
The National Do Not Call Registry does not limit calls by political organizations, charities, or telephone surveyors.
