Bill Bradley has not been in office in 15 years, and would never be a part of a scam like this. I think you are referring to William Bradley treasury department scam, which has nothing to do with Bill Bradley. Stop spreading you political messages on a site where people want to know who is calling them, not what you think of Obama. Granted the Political Opinions of America is a scam for your money, but they don't care if you are a Democrat, Republican, Independent, etc.
I just received a call from 3604743940. I did not answer, but did call the number back. A recording answers, but does give you the opportunity to opt out of all future surveys from them. I hit number 1 and opted out.
Didn't recognize the number, answered but caller hung up immediately.
Checked the number on this site, found out it is garbage.
