Did not know the number, so I didn't answer.
I do not have an unlimited plan on my cell phone, so it gets annoying. Ny cell is on the DNC list, but they do it anyway.
I did not pick up because I did not recognize the number, but the Obama campaign has been calling me like this, sometimes even at night, and sometimes even from Unknown numbers and one time when I answered the guy said:
"we would like to ask you some questions about your political views" and "this call may be recorded"
I told the guy "you want to call me, ask me my political views, and record me?" I HUNG UP!!!
I am not sure if this was them again, but they did not leave a message which is also the same pattern of behavior as the Obama campaign.
Next time I am going to tell them I am voting for RON PAUL, at least they have the decency to leave me a voice mail!!!! instead of acting shady like the Obama campaign, what a guilty conscience preventing you from leaving a message???

From the comments, they are a scammer who is trying to use a loophole in the DNC rules claiming they are running a survey. Plus it appears they are just calling out numbers at random, thus reaching your private numbers.
