Robo-call on my cell phone (on the DNC list) from "Political Survey Group".  Asked me to take a 30 second in exchange for a Bahamas cruise.  Customer responsible for taxes and port fees.  Has option of pressing 1 to continue or 9 to decline and be removed from the list.  We'll see if I actually get removed.

My cell number is currently listed on the Do Not Call list, yet this group still called.

I didn't answer; they left a silent voice mail message.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
