Recording said this was Royalty Rewards and that I had visited their website.  I'm pretty sure I didn't.  They were supposedly offering $50 WalMart cards for free, I would only have to pay shipping and handling.  They did offer the option of pressing 2 to get on their "Do Not Call" list, which I did.  We'll see if they honor that or not.

They called be and said I won a 200 walmart gift card from a survey I filled out online just pay shipping and handleing of 1.97 and choose 2 trial magazines. ( Which I did not do a survey either) Next think you know they billed my credit card over 50.00! After exhausting all avenues locating this scammer company, they put me on thier do not call list! This before Christmas last year! Then today I get another call from them wanting to verify the shipping address! I said SEND ME MY CARD then, you already charged me the 1.97 and hung up on him...Im pretty sure I wont be getting any "gift card" Come to find out, he lied SHOCKING and said he was calling from Boca Raton at 818-284-4052 (which is out of Hollywood California) and after googling caller ID #360-474-3955 the number comes up from Country: USA

same thing-left no mesage. caller id said Service center. when i called the no. back all i heard was some elevator-ballet music for 10 minutes. I m also on the donotcall registered list. but some (whoever) telemarkers, etc. seem to get. through. I have my whistle handy by phone.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group.  They are a public utility who's business involves facilitating telemarketing calls, a possible violation of 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
