This is a telemarketing call disguised to look like a political survey. I listened to the recording long enough to hear the caller say "For answering a few questions about today's political atmosphere, you will receive a free cruise for two."
And of course then they will try to sell you something.
It's a telemarketing call in disguise to take advantage of not being able to block political calls.
Texas here...third call in two weeks...no message, nothing on caller ID...calls come to my cell phone...
...and if you called and were asked to press a number, check your next phone bill. Part of the scam could be that once you press that number, charges begin to accrue...
