call from 360 474 4211 on july 22 didnt answer as # looked suspicious.  ftc   killem off!

Received a call from this number, call time lasted less than five seconds. I answered and they disconnected. seems to be a suspicious number

Got a call from them yesterday (July 26th) at 1:55 PM central time.  I didn't answer, and they did not leave a message.

Got a call a July 30th, I answered a Indian fellow answered the phone, he asked me if I was theme and I said yeah. Then he told me my name and number had been selected for a  7000 dollar grant. I replied  how do I know you aren't a scam artist. Then he hung up on me.
