IF THEY OR ANYONE YOU DON'T KNOW CALLS YOUR CELL PHONE #, BLOCK OR ADD THEM TO YOUR REJECT LIST SO WHENEVER THEY CALL, YOU DON'T GET NOTIFIED! THAT IS MY SOLUTION... Remember too, many of these callers are located in our "friends" Canada, so the do not call list does not apply to them or they "spoof" others numbers... Nothing you can do about it except file a harassment police report at your local cop shop... But even then, the cops aren't much better...
