i called this number back and they said it was the internal revenue service with an indian accent. NO WAY!!!   i think it's a scam.

I don't answer calls I don't know.  The voice-message said it was the IRS and was going to file something against me in court and to call this number to work things out.  *SCAM*

Stated that they are from the IRS

I called it back and said you called me they hang up every time lol
