Called our business on 9/8/15 wanting donations to a "police fundraiser". The Caller ID showed UNITED PARTNERS. It's odd that it comes up as "Washington Police"  here -- there's no such official agency that I'm aware of. There is Washington State Patrol, then there are County Sheriff's in every county, and Police Officers in every city ... but no Washington Police. BLOCKED.

I found a chart showing that only 15% of donated funds goes to the police. That's pretty lame.
