Hello, this is not a scam. Have you recently changed your phone number and started to get calls from this number like me? If so , it's because someone else had your new number before and apparently had some connection with WA unemployment. I called the number after researching to find that the number the voice mail message tells u to call is indeed WA esd. All you have to do is get to a live agent and tell them to remove your number from the system. It was pretty easy to do. The lady on the phone told me how 3 different people were filed under WA esd with my phone number and she just simply removed them off the list. She didnt even let me finish telling her why Im calling and interupted me saying "let me guess, you changed your cellphone number" again this is not a scam, you dont even need to tell them your ssn to get to a live agent.
