Same number called me too! Twice though, within this week. Left a voivemail but don't know anyone by that name and am not the person they asked for.
I do know (after doing an online search) tha they are calling from a cell phone!
Turns out to be:
Wireless - NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS
1. This is from Centralia, Washington. I don't know nor have I ever known anyone from Centralia, Wa.
2. I have only given the number they called to those I know ad no one else.
3. I have had the same number for at least 3 years, and at one time got so many calls asking for it's former owner that I did an extensive search and discovered that they were deceased over a year before I got the number (in 'limbo' until then).
4. The voice on the voicemail that was left was female
I do know that the calls from the Washington 360 area code always happen to be scam calls... so, I doubt this happened to be a wrong number someone called (especially if others are getting 'calls' from this number as well).
I already blocked/blacklisted it and when I checked the call list for the service I use to stop scam calls ... this number showed up again today. With it all in bright red letters.
I don't know the number, I don't pick up and answer it. Total strangers and scammers (more likely than not) are SOL there and wasting their time!!!
