This is a collection agency is called I.Q. Data. They called from this number  360-524-0396

I.Q. Data is a woman named Shannon,that is living in either Chehalis,or Vancouver,washington.
She will call you non-stop and harrass you,even if you do not have a debt,she demands a credit card number...

This woman is a terrorist.  When I answered, the line had static.  When I asked her to repeat herself she started yelling at me saying that I owed her money.  How is this legal?

They have called me countless times.  Another number that they use is 360-524-0384.  I agree that they are terrorists.

I got my first call from Vancouver, WA on 3/12/13. Since then I have received countless calls. From the research I have done these guys (IQ Data) collect past due rent payments. I do not owe a propoerty money. I do however receive collection calls for two individuals I have never met. So I am sure that is where this is stemming from. Anyway I just wanted to post all the numbers they have called me from in the hopes it will help other people identify them when they call, so here goes: 360-524-9974, 360-524-0396, 360-975-4389, 360-524-0404 and 360-450-2492. That is as far back as my caller id goes, hope that helps!
