Same as what everyone else said. Called, said they were the IRS and that I was being sued and there was a warrant out for my arrest (recorded robot voice, not a real person), then when I called back the man who answered had a thick accent and wouldn't give me any information without trying to get information from me first. When I refused, he was rude. And also, I could hear lots of other men with accents speaking on calls in the background. I highly doubt the IRS would call people to discuss an "important matter" in a big room with a bunch of other people talking/listening. So fake! Do NOT give this caller any of your personal information!!
These people have called and "warned" me of my imminent arrest for unpaid taxes. The IRS does NOT call unless you call them and they are retruning your call. All their comunication is done via US mail. Report them to the FTC for using a telephon for illegal purposes.
