Just got a call from this number, no message.

Just answered a call from this number. They were given enough time to say, "Hi, this is ???, from Win Win Auctions" before I hung up. Phone number is from Bellingham, WA. They have a web site but I didn't open it. May the lightening bugs from hell infest their ears.

They said they were conducting a survey that could change public policy in Washington.

I too received a call from 360-529-3313...My caller ID said "Olympia Wa."....They left no mesage...I called back and it said it ws an empty voicebox leave a message....Sounds like a scam to me.
