Call from a female claiming to be from the "Automotive Services Dept."
I asked, which Company.
>"Do you still have your [year] [make] [model] vehicle?" (They knew which type of vehicle I own)
Which company do you represent?
>"Sir, I told you."
You gave me a department name not a company name. What's the name of the company you represent?
<she hung up>
They most likely are guessing when my warranty expires based on the model year of my vehicle and were going to offer me a vehicle maintenance "extended warranty".
