Who called from 3605296123

I was exspecting a call when I got this call. They hung up after I answered. Seems to be a land line from WA.

caller id said "NEW A CO"

calls 4-5 times a week, but i've never picked up

I get these calls started with NEW CO on caller ID then changed to NEW A CO...if you answer it just hangs up...

I get 2-4 calls from this number daily. They hang up when answered or leave no voice message.  Will not answer anymore. It is a waste of phone time. I think they are trying to gauge when someone will be available to answer the phone, and then this information is sold to companies for telemarketing purposes.
