Called me at 7pm local time and did not leave a message.
i don't answer the phone unless it's identifiable (they're in my personal address book) or I recognize it as an exchange from the kids' school.
what kind of telemarketers are using cell phone numbers now?

I'm not paying minutes to tell them I don't need new windows/doors/my mortgage refinanced!
I've received calls from this number two days in a row. If you call them back, and of course they are long distance, the message advises that you can remove your number from their preferred list of marketing. How annoying. Call around the same time every day, at 3:15 p.m. PST.
I've received several call from this number to my SKYPE On-line number and same deal with everybody else, If I do not know who is calling I'm not going to answer.
