2 CALLS TO DAY...I AM ON NO CALL LIST..HOW DO I STOP THIS

These people keep bothering me.  I don't answer, they don't leave a message.

Robo-call from Card Member services (not real name or phone number). They want me to pay $1,000- for them to write a letter to my credit card company and lower my interest rate. You can do that yourself. I'd love to knwo who they really are so I can sue them for violating the do not call list.

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group, a public utility operated in part by F Antone Accuardi of Portland Oregon.  He uses a foreign "shell" company to enter into revenue sharing agreements with illicit telemarketers.  This is a likely violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

As a licensed attorney, Accuardi is subject to oversight by the Oregon State Bar Association.  According to official documents from State investigators, Accuardi "... is responsible for a large percentage of the illegal telephone calls made using Pacific Telecom’s telephone numbers."
