I do not know who they are or where they are calling from. Medicare will find them out.
These people keep calling my elderly Mother and when she answers, there is no one there and a recording comes on saying,"Good-bye." I tried calling this number and all I received was another recording saying,"If you wish to not receive any more calls from this number, please push 1." I tried to wait and get someone to talk to and the recording kept repeating itself. I finally pushed one and it said to allow 72 hours for my Mother's number to be removed from their list. We will see!! If they continue to call, I will report them to Medicare, because my Mother is on Medicare's watch list for people who try to solicit her for Medical products.
Same deal These people keep calling my elderly Mother say they are Diabetic Supplies and want information, no doubt to get her medicare number and charge for supplies or try and switch her plan.
Called Medicare and was told all the usual things, don't give info ect BUT they also gave me the number of the dept.health human services / inspect. general to report them. In FL it is 1-800-447-8447.
Take a sec and report them, put them out of business or maybe fined or in jail. Wouldn't that be fun ?
BTW. I asked for a supervisor and was told nobody was there,ha.
360-529-6145 keeps calling one time after another all day long. i've started not answering the phone and just letting it go to voicemail, when that happens they hang up as soon as voicemail comes on.
who is this company ? i don't like these calls, they even call at night.
