Well...we've been getting these calls for several weeks. We've asked to be put on their DNC list, yelled, swore and still they call. So, I tried a different tact...these reps are graded on one thing...sales per hour. I just got off the phone with one of them. I spoke with a heavy fake accent and kept asking her to speak louder cause I was hard of hearing. She was practically shouting her script at me. I was able to tie her up for about 10 minutes before she got wise and hung up. I figure if they want to call here, I'll do my best to tie them up so they aren't calling someone they can scam.
I guess I am glad to see that I am not the ONLY one being harassed by these people......they keep calling my fax number and getting no person to answer does not seem to matter to them. It is ridiculous. I called the number with my cell and got that recording to push 1 if I wanted to be taken off their call list but that would take my cell number off??!! I do not have long distance on my home phone so I cannot call them back on my land line. Who can I report this to other than the local police?!!!!! I am in SC.
The Federal "Do Not Call" list is ineffective and needs to have some power to affect behavior.
The company(ies?) using this number call anyway and now just disconnect before the call is answered. It's like being stalked and harassed. If the robo dial can recognize the number, it could be made to do so BEFORE dialing as well as afterward.
Recieved calls from Diabetic Supply about ever 20 minutes since this morning This is worrysome. this number 360-529-6145 calls all day long and I want it stopped
