I received the same call. But didn't answer & of course like the rest of you , no message. However, my cell is on the Do Not Call List!! Once ur # is on there it's on there. Unless it's been disconnected or a few other minor things, You don't have to redo it every 6 months. I didn't answer my phone so unfortunately I can't report them.
But then u have company's like this who just dial every single #. So nothing is going 2 help.
* The real kicker is- a CC company? I could have had a lot of fun with them!! I don't use them!!!

Got a phone call, didn't answer, no message left. These types of spam calls are unlikely to stop since they ignore the Do Not Call Registry. Here's the solution that works for me: I created a contact in my phone number list with the name of "I AM SPAM", and gave it a unique ring tone. Whenever a spam call comes in, I add the number to that 'contact'. So when they call back again, the ring tone alerts me that it is bogus, and I can easily ignore the call.
Mimics a call from your credit card company to offer you lower interest rates. Hit 1 and someone will pick up the line but when you request they stop calling, they immediately hang up.
