I received the same call. But didn't answer & of course like the rest of you , no message. However, my cell is on the Do Not Call List!! Once ur # is on there it's on there. Unless it's been disconnected or a few other minor things, You don't have to redo it every 6 months. I didn't answer my phone so unfortunately I can't report them.
But then u have company's like this who just dial every single #. So nothing is going 2 help.
* The real kicker is- a CC company? I could have had a lot of fun with them!! I don't use them!!!

I received a call from this number this morning. The recording said they wanted to lower the interest rate on my credit card. Since my phone number is on the Do Not Call list, I wanted to talk to someone to let them know I wanted my number removed from their database. I pressed 1 at the prompt and a man answered. I asked him to remove my number and "he hung up on me". Great customer service skills!
