I have reported this unwanted number more than once to the "No Call List" but evidently it hasn't stopped them from calling me. In fact, the last time they called I told him I had reported them to the No Call List and they said they would not call again but they just did.
I get 5 to 8 cell calls per day from 360-529-6175 during weekdays. I don't answer calls from unknowns. No message is ever left. I am on do not call lists but I still get unwanted calls for money and whatever.
