I honestly don't understand why this number calls 3-4 times a day. I have the 360 area code blocked. It certainly isn't productive use of their time to call me. They still continue to call after six months of being blocked. I look at my blocked calls log each day and shake my head.
They also like to play games with their caller id, so pay close attention to how the number comes in to your phone. Is it "360-529-6175" or is it "1 360-529-6175"? This can matter if you use use a call blocking App for your smartphone and use an area code block, so you want to be sure you block both "1360" and "360" in case you wonder how your phone rang. :-) If you want to block only their number then you need 3605296175 and 13605296175.
