www.complaintwire.org has a listing for "Card Member Services" where a few of these numbers were posted, along with many others.

Some reports say Pacifictel was on the caller ID.  Others say New A Co was on the caller ID.  Some say home security systems, other say consolidate or lower credit card rates/debt.  Most say dead air, hang ups or something similar.

This number continues to call my home every day, with no attendant or message.  Please block this call.

Telemarketer: caller said, "-----"  home protection, how are you today.  I hung up and posted here.  Adios!

They're bugging me now, too. Multiple calls each day. I finally "answered" and kept silent, a human was actually on the other end about home security. After him asking "Hello? Hello? Is anyone there?" he hung up.
