Who called from 3605296175

Got a call today saying asking if I'd like a free home security system in exchange for a small lawn sign ad.
I asked the man how does he know whether or not I already have such a system and who gave him such information.  He said that the information came from "one of our online partners."  "Who are they?" I asked.
"Oh," said he, "that would be a question for one of our experts. My only job is to see if you are willing to have the system installed."  "Not interested," said I.  I'm going to call them back and try to get them to take me off their call list.

Called my cell phone 2x today.  Called the number back, gave me an option to press 1 to stop the calls and got another a few hours later - ugh....

I have told this caller 5 times not to call me again but he insist on calling and gets argumentive also.  I want them to stop calling me.

Received 13 calls from this number which displays "New A Company" on our phone since October 26th.  Did not answer call due to unknown number.  No voice message was left from any of the persistent calls.

Has called me almost a dozen times in the past week and when i answer it hangs up!
