This was a robo call from "Rachael with Credit Services. Press 1 to speak to a rep and lower your interest rates or press 3 to not receive further calls". Have filed repeated Do Not Call complaints against these folks.
Same company that calls repeatedly for lowering your cedit services. If you press ### numerous times during the recorded message you will be connected to a live person. Ask them the name of their company (they mumble something that sounds like "card credit services" or Hart credit services) and when you ask for them to remove your name- they hang up!
They use a different number and caller ID each time- today's ID was PACIFITEL 360-529-6186

I have been receiving these calls. They are leaving a message that this is my final notice to lower by credit card interest rate. I have been ignoring these calls - until today. I answered and it said to press 1 for my offer. I pressed 1. I got a soft spoken young man who asked me if I was ready to lower my interest rates. I said no, I would like for my number to be taken off your calling list. He just hung up the phone. I will once again be reporting them to the Do Not Call complaint department. The United States could save a little money by getting rid of the worthless Do Not Call Registry.
