For those of you with Android and IPhones, look up call blocker apps.I use CallFilter by Telemarks but there a dozens out there (I like callfilter since it can block whole area codes)
same exact thing is happening to one of my phones. Same 2 numbers. Starting to get really annoying, but less scary since I see it is happening to many others....
