Called me 3 times so I finally looked it up and end here.

For those of you with Android and IPhones, look up call blocker apps.I use CallFilter by Telemarks but there a dozens out there (I like callfilter since it can block whole area codes)
You could contact Sirius to get put on their Do Not Call list:

I just called them. It may take 10 days. We'll see.
