I never answer calls I do not recongize. This reads, Washington, really? why would I wound to answer that or even be curious? I let it ring, block call and/or hook to my fax machine. These are all scam calls. The telephone companies gives service to anybody including scammers.
The caller states that if I am a Texas utility customer they can save me money so I continue as soon as I do they ask for someone else. They are obviously a collection type company fishing for someone except they have a Washington area code
