This number calls me at least twice a day, every day for months now. Most of the time I do not answer, however they then leave a message on my answering machine about this being the last time I can save on my credit card rate. To day I answered and told them it was illegal to call me. They then hung up on me. I am sick and tired of this, there must be a way to find out who they are and prosecute them
All these credit card scam calls are now blocked automatically on Google Talk. Thanks Google. All you need to do is let your personal phone ring concurrently with your Google number. You can mark it Block in Google Voice and the caller gets the message that the personal number is no longer active. Voice mail still works on the home phone if you let it answer after (4) rings.
These are "Robot Calls" and illegal. Sometimes they ID as Card Services, Financial Center or Lower Interest. As follows is a list of phone #'s use by them: ( collected since Jan 2012 )

I am in the National and Texas " No call list"---WORTHLESS!!!!! Punching the # 3 it's also a waste of time. When they ask me to punch a number so they discontinue the calling. Press that number and hold it until finally get disconnected. That have stop them for awhile but the start with a new number.
Being on the do not call list is a joke! I still receive calls from all kinds of people. Who do we complain to about the do not call list? 'Cause it doesn't seem to be working!
I just got their call again today. I told the representative after being on hold for 12 minutes that we were on a monitored call with the Attorney Generals office. They gal said you held for that long to tell me that? Then in the background someone told her 'hang up moron'.
We only have under two figures on our charge card and pay it monthly so there is no reduction to be done outside of free. I have also put the call on speaker phone and blared some music in the reps ear when they picked up.
